Because permits and hotel bookings are secured in advance on your behalf, cancellations made 30+ days before departure are refunded in full minus permit/booking fees already paid to third parties.
Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure incur a 50% cancellation charge. Cancellations within 14 days of departure are non-refundable.
Date changes are accommodated free of charge, subject to availability, when requested 15+ days in advance.
